BIOGRAPHY:
Damon Wayans Jr. was born in Vermont and raised in Los Angeles. He is the son of Lisa Thorner and actor Damon Wayans.
He made his film debut at the age of 11 in the 1994 film "Blank Man", where he played the role of young Kevin. He played a few small roles on the series "My Wife and Kids" and landed a job as a writer for the series, becoming the youngest writer on television at age 20.
In 2005, Damon followed in his father's footsteps and entered the world of stand up comedy under the pseudonym Kyle Green. Damon Jr. starred alongside his father in the Showtime television series, "The Underground" (2006) and also served as a writer for the sketch comedy series.
Wayans first major film was Dance Movie (2009), a Paramount dance movie parody, and he went on to star in the series New Girl (2011) and the film Cops: Forces of Disorder (2014).
