Synopsis:
Khalifa Kamara, a young Frenchman of Senegalese origin who was disbarred from Pole Emploi, became aware of his impossibility to evolve and decided to run in the municipal elections of his city in order to take his destiny into his own hands and to commit himself to changing the lives of the people of the district subjected to the same fate as him.
