BIOGRAPHY:
Particularly known for his appearances in successful series in the 2000s. Particularly noteworthy is the role he played from 2002 to 2008 in the series "The Wire" where he plays a leading recurring character, Cedric Daniels. This high-ranking police officer, lieutenant in the first season, will evolve in parallel with the development of the plot to the position of deputy police prefect.
At the same time, Reddick appears in another of HBO's flagship series, Oz, where he plays a lesser role.
After landing supporting roles in CSI: Miami and Lost, J.J. Abrams, the creator of the latter series, called upon him to take on one of the lead roles in his new fiction: Fringe. He plays Phillip Broyles, FBI agent in charge of the controversial section in which Olivia Dunham, Charlie Francis, Peter and Walter Bishop operate.
