Stomy Bugsy is a French rapper and actor, whose real name is Gilles Duarte. He was born on May 21, 1972 in Paris of Cape Verdean parents. He grew up in Sarcelles, a suburb of Paris, with five brothers and sisters. His pseudonym is a mixture between the famous American gangster Bugsy Siegel and the first rap label Tommy Record. One of the founding members of the group Ministère Amer, Stomy has made a few appearances in films: notably in Ma 6-T Va Crack-Er in 1997, 3 zéros in 2001, Le Boulet in 2002, Gomez et Tavares in 2003, Nèg maron in 2005, and in the television series Anna Meyer in 2006. |
