Synopsis:
One year after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans on August 29, 2005, Spike Lee is the first American artist to revisit the scene of the disaster. His documentary tackles head-on all the controversies raised by the lack of preparation on the spot, then by the ineffectiveness of the relief efforts and the local and federal authorities.
