Samuel Leroy Jackson (nacido el 21 de diciembre de 1948) es un actor y productor de cine estadounidense. Alcanzó prominencia y aclamación de la crítica a principios de los 90 con películas como Jungle Fever (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Amos & Andrew (1993), True Romance (1993), Jurassic Park (1993) y sus colaboraciones con el director Quentin Tarantino, incluyendo Pulp Fiction (1994) y Jackie Brown (1997). Es un actor muy prolífico, que ha aparecido en más de 100 películas, incluyendo Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995), Unbreakable (2000), Shaft (2000), The 51st State (2001), Black Snake Moan (2006), Snakes on a Plane (2006) y la trilogía de la precuela de Star Wars (1999-2005), así como en el Marvel Cinematic Universe.
