Sinopsis:
In the 70’s, Tom Spader dreamed of becoming a famous lawyer in an environment where whites were in majority. He gets his chance by winning a scandalous lawsuit that propels him to the top of the legal profession. He moved with his wife Mabel and two children from their middle-class city to the uptown areas of Greenwich, Connecticut. Their dream is finally coming true but they will have to forget their roots in order to make a good impression.
