BIOGRAPHY:
Most of the people we introduce Charlie Murphy to. They know him as the guy who finished second, yet he had a very successful season for the Emmy, named three times for the Chapel Show; the hottest of the year or most people talk about a real show television. The show has seen a steady increase in survey ratings since Charlie's arrival. And the big hit of the year was when Chappelle's Show surpassed DVD sales of the year with $4.5 million!
Despite most people's misconception that Charlie is a newcomer, this is certainly not the case. He has been making the trip for 16 years, working with actors such as Eddie Murphy, Danny Aiello, Halle Berry, Vanessa Williams, and Angela Bassett, Chris Rock, CB4, Charlie has also been recognized as a writer. He finished writing Death Do Us Part for Eddie Murphy, produced by Dreamworks and that Spielberg bought the first lines of the scenario. And finally, Charlie was immortalized in an Andreas video game.
