BIOGRAPHIE:
Nicole Beharie est née en Floride, puis elle est allée à la Orangeburg Wilkinson High School en Californie du Sud, et obtient en 2003 son diplôme en South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts & Humanities. Ensuite elle v étudier à la Juilliard School pour faire des études dans l'art et le théâtre. Elle obtiendra une bourse d'études pour ensuite partir en Angleterre.
Elle a commencé sa carrière cinématographique en 2008 avec l'excellent film American Violet, dans lequel elle joue le rôle principal aux côtés d'Alfre Woodard. La même année, elle joue un second rôle dans le drame The Express avec l'acteur Rob Brown.
