Connu pour son interprétation du Dr Rose Kent dans la saison 1 de la série 24H. Elle a joué un rôle récurrent en tant que Dr Jenna Williams dans la série CSI : Crime Scene Investigation. Elle a joué aussi le rôle d'Esmee Pascal dans la série Dexter. Puis elle fait des apparitions dans les séries Numbers, Family Law, Judging Amy, The X-Files, Frasier, Crossing Jordan, House, Forever Knight.
