Tracy Gotoas, whose real name is Tracy Nganare, was born in Paris in 1996. After graduating from high school, Tracy Gotoas took acting classes at the Atelier Blanche Salant in 2017. After writing and directing the short film Elikia as part of the cinétalents grant, she played a series of small roles in film and television before finding recognition with the lead role of Sanou in the drama Les Héritières directed by Nolwenn Lemesle. She then went on to play some notable roles in Netflix productions such as the series Braqueurs or the feature film Sans Répit.
