Tracy Gotoas, cuyo nombre real es Tracy Nganare, nació en París en 1996. Tras graduarse en el instituto, Tracy Gotoas tomó clases de interpretación en el Atelier Blanche Salant en 2017. Después de escribir y dirigir el cortometraje Elikia como parte de la beca cinétalents, interpretó una serie de pequeños papeles en cine y televisión antes de encontrar el reconocimiento con el papel principal de Sanou en el drama Les Héritières dirigido por Nolwenn Lemesle. A continuación, interpretó algunos papeles notables en producciones de Netflix, como la serie Braqueurs y el largometraje Sans Répit.
