BIOGRAFÍA:
CCH Pounder (Carol Christine Hilaria Pounder) puede asociarse con cualidades como la fuerza, la confianza y la integridad, como se podría decir de actrices como Alfre Woodward y Cicely Tyson. Nacida el día de Navidad de 1952 en Guyana, creció en una plantación de caña de azúcar. Sus padres se trasladaron a los Estados Unidos cuando era una niña pequeña, pero ella y su hermana fueron enviadas a una escuela religiosa donde se les introdujo en el arte y los clásicos occidentales. Después de la escuela secundaria, regresó a Nueva York y estudió en el Ithaca College donde se descubrieron sus habilidades de actuación.
