BIOGRAFÍA:
Bill se educó en Seton Hill, Nueva Jersey y en la Universidad de Rutgers, donde se graduó en Economía, pero a pesar de ello, sus amigos siempre lo empujaron a convertirse en comediante.
Para complacerlos, Bill se inscribió en un concurso que ganó y mientras actuaba en el Apollo, se fijaron en él Bernie Brillstein y Russell Simmons que lo programaron en el Def Comedy Jam de HBO.
